Two outcast but promising Real Madrid stars could already have their next league lined up which would offer them a temporary way out of their Bernabeu misfortune according to SPORT, which cited a report from Bild in Germany that relied on anonymous sources.
Madrid was considered to have pulled off a major coup when beating bitter rival FC Barcelona to Arda Guler by paying more than his Fenerbahce release clause.
While he’s made 30 appearances this term under head coach Carlo Ancelotti, only 10 of those have come as a starter giving him just 1000 minutes that have yielded three goals and five assists.
Endrick, a striker, has understandably been far more prolific with the six goals. Yet although he has made 27 appearances, that stat is deceiving.
The Brazilian has mustered less than half of Arda’s tally of minutes at 457, and has just four starts which have mainly come in the Copa del Rey amid being unable to dislodge Kylian Mbappe from his starting number 9 berth.
Both youngsters have been linked with temporary exits out of the Spanish capital, with a recent report explaining that they wanted more regularity in 2025/2026 with a view to starring at the World Cup for their countries in the latter mentioned year.
Names such as Southampton in the Premier League and Real Valladolid have already appeared in the hunt for Endrick, yet in a Champions League week where Los Blancos beat Atletico Madrid 2-1 in a last 16 first leg tie, Bild reports that the Bundseliga could be the next destination for the youngsters.
Madrid reportedly views a switch to Germany positively, as its where the likes of Dani Carvajal and Achraf Hakimi came on leaps and bounds at Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund respectively.
While President Joan Laporta isn’t keen on bolstering the likes of Bayern Munich or Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt is reportedly keeping a close eye on Arda.
Simultaneously, RB Leipzig, which is known for boosting young talents such as former La Masia pupils Xavi Simons and Dani Olmo, would like to boast both Madrid prodigies in their squads.
With Carlo Ancelotti probably set to see out his contract until mid-2026, don’t be surprised to learn that Endrick and Arda have decided on heading elsewhere for a short while.
